"Out and about in the Zwinstreek" --> Nocturnes at the "For Freedom Museum"
We are repeating the success of our ‘nocturnes’ from the last holiday season.
As part of "Out and about in the Zwin region" organises it "For Freedom Museum" yet another fewnocturnes. A unique opportunity to explore the museum in the evening!
Every Wednesday evening throughout October and on the first Wednesday in November, we are once again organising our "Nocturnes" This will be a fascinating guided tour of the For Freedom Museum, led by one of our guides.
You will be immersed in the history of the Occupation and Liberation of the Zwinst region, Operation Switchback, and the Battle of the Scheldt in October 1944.
A few practical points:
- Dates: Wednesday evenings, 7, 14, 21 and 28 October and 4 November
- Venue: ‘For Freedom Museum’, Ramskapellestraat 91–93, 8300 Knokke-Heist
- Meeting time: 6.30 pm
- Night tour starts: at 7.00 pm sharp!
- Estimated duration: approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
- Maximum number of participants per night tour: 15 people
- Cost: 20 euros per person
